When Ari was but a lad, his father Actor & Modern Ragtime composer Ron Ross (who played the character Dirk on the TV show Night Court) drove him to a voice-over class, dropped him off and said "Don't come home until you can do the Non Announcer - Announcer". ... And the rest as they say is history! ...

... And some of that history includes 20+ appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, (performing in comedy sketches and doing V/Os), as well as performing in TV commercials (including a spot for "Ditech.com" - now playing in the US - where Ari falls out of his chair toward the end of the spot) and in roles in such films as Tango & Cash, California Convertible, and a Man, Woman & Child (where he performed in a scene with actor Martin Sheen).

Ari has also done countless voice-overs for a number of companies including: Apple Computer, Suzuki, Toyota, IBM, US West, Pontiac, Four Seasons Resorts, Universal Studios, Direct TV, GTE, Honda and more.

He has also provided voices for numerous TV Promos and Movie Trailers as well cartoons. Ari has even has provided voices for toys including a best selling educational toy called Talking Peek-a-boo Zoo. Ari has Voice-Matched lines for actor Russell Crowe in LA Confidential as well as having replaced dialogue for characters in several Jackie Chan films.

In keeping with the technology of the new millennium, Ari can record content and send high quality MP3's of the product via the internet. Ari also has an ISDN Studio which allows him to do voice work from his voice booth
