Peg Neuhauser

Speakers - Business - Negotiation - Peg Neuhauser has worked for over 18 years as a management consultant. In 1984, she established her own company which specializes in communications training and consulting.

Peg completed studies in the United States and England with an M.A. in psychology and worked as an internal consultant for Hospital Corporation of America developing services and programs for both corporate and hospital clients. In addition to working as a designer, trainer and consultant, she managed financial systems conversions which involved training and consultation in the technical and accounting divisions.

She is the author of a book on team building and managing organizational conflict, titled Tribal Warfare in Organizations. Her second book, Corporate Legends & Lore: The Power of Storytelling As A Management Tool, spotlights the art of storytelling in the workplace. Her third book, Culture.com, describes nine key characteristics of a .com culture that every organization must embrace in the wired work world.

As a speaker and consultant, Peg offers practical tips for actions to create a more innovative and adaptive organization. Her focus is on increasing collaboration in cross-functional teams, improving relationships among work colleagues, and strengthening the organization’s culture to focus on its goals more effectively. Her stories, case examples, and humor illustrate each idea in a way that is both entertaining and easy to remember.
