Olympic Synchronized Swimmer Kristina Lum

" I am 23 years old and have been swimming for 15 years. I started when I was eight years old with the Santa Clara Aquamaids and have been swimming with them since. I was on the Junior National team swimming solo, duet and team in 1992 and 1993, National team II swimming duet and team in '95 and ''96 and National team I swimming duet and solo and team in '97- '99.

I was a member of the Olympic squad for the 2000 Olympics. I also swim with Bill May and together we won Jantzen Nationals in 1998 and got a silver medal at the1998 Goodwill Games. Besides swimming, I love dancing and going out and having a good time with my friends. I also love drawing and designing and hope to pursue a career after swimming."
