After 25 years experience as a business executive, a company CEO, a National Director of Franchise Operations, a Vice President of National Sales and an International Sales Manager, Jo Anne Musolf formed The Musolf Group, Ltd.

Jo Anne's desire to assist and support individuals aspiring to make both personal and professional changes in their life led her to become certified as a Professional Coach. For seven years she was an International Sales Manager, responsible for developing the market and sales strategies for selling to Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and Mexico.

In 1985, Jo Anne received acclaim for the "Best Managed Company" from TAPA (Technical Assistance and Planning Auditors), while she was President and CEO of a multi-million dollar Wisconsin-based company that transitioned more than 10,000 clients a year to and from various industrial careers.

As National Director of Operations and Franchise Expansions, she organized and managed all U.S. franchise operations for an Australian-based swimming pool company that had a patented resurfacing product.

And very early in her career, Jo Anne was a mathematics instructor. Jo Anne is currently a member of the International Coaching Federation, Arizona Women International Trade, and The National Speakers Organization, as well as being involved in a wide range of civic organizations and volunteer projects.
