Arthur J. Donovan, known by his fans as "Art," is hailed as one the funniest and most enlightening sports figures today. A former Baltimore Colt, member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and husband and family man, Art has achieved his notoriety through years of dedication. He speaks from experience. His presentations leave every audience with an ache or two from laughter, renewed motivation and begging for more words of advice. His perspective on the world and life is quite unique, as many who have previously had him speak already know. Artie played professional football from 1950-1962. He played in 5 All-Pro games and in the greatest football game ever played - the 1958 Championship game between the Baltimore Colts and the New York Giants. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio in 1968, becoming the very first Colts’ player to enter the Hall of Fame.

Art appears regularly on David Letterman and Jay Leno’s late night shows and has appeared with Johnnie Carson, Arsenio Hall, Joan Rivers and many others. He does weekly football shows in the fall and winter for local radio and T.V. stations and has been featured in T.V. and radio commercials for automotive dealers, beer and the Maryland State Lottery. He is also known for his funny cameos on ESPN. He has also in two movies, "Two For The Money" and "The First Boy Scout." In 1987 he published his autobiography "Fatso," now in paperback.
